Case study
WehFiGo marketplace platform
WordPress marketplace rebuild for listings, tickets, commerce, and operator workflows.
The challenge
WehFiGo is a Jamaica marketplace for events, listings, and tickets. The product needed deep WordPress and operator workflow work from someone inside the platform, not a one-off theme install. Listings, tickets, commerce, and day-to-day ops had to stay coherent as the product shipped.
Our approach
We work as technical co-founders on the child theme and product surface: shipping deltas to listings, gallery, pricing gates, navigation, footer, and operator tools while respecting what must stay on staging until production sync is approved. Changes are versioned, claim-honest, and tied to real operator needs from the WehFiGo team.
What we built
A living WordPress marketplace on Listeo with a custom child theme covering listings, tickets, commerce paths, pricing visibility gates, gallery UX, nav and footer systems, and ongoing product polish. Staging and production stay deliberate so risky Elementor or gateway changes do not land blindly.
Features
- Marketplace listings, tickets, and operator workflows
- Custom child-theme UI for gallery, pricing, nav, and footer
- WhatsApp and contact paths aligned with how Jamaican buyers reach sellers
- Staging-aware shipping so production sync stays intentional
- Continuous product collaboration with the WehFiGo team

Outcome
WehFiGo.com is live and under active product work. Outcomes we stand behind are shipped product surfaces and clearer operator flows, not invented GMV or user-growth percentages. Production blockers (such as Elementor Home sync) are tracked honestly until resolved with the client team.
