This Accessibility Statement explains how weROI ("weROI," "we," "us," or "our") approaches digital accessibility on weroi.net, what we are working toward, where limitations may still exist, and how you can contact us if you need help accessing content or services.
We want people of diverse abilities to learn about our work, contact us, and use our public pages with as little friction as possible. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time badge.
weROI is a digital growth agency based in Kingston, Jamaica. We design and build websites, SEO foundations, and systems for clients locally and worldwide. As part of that work, and for our own site, we aim to make digital experiences clearer, more usable, and more inclusive.
We are committed to improving the accessibility of weroi.net over time. That includes listening to feedback, fixing barriers when we find them, and applying stronger accessibility habits as we ship new pages and features.
This statement does not claim that weroi.net is fully conformant with every accessibility standard in every browser or assistive technology. We do not display fake certifications, audit seals, or third-party compliance badges we have not earned.
This statement covers public pages on weroi.net that weROI controls, including service pages, blog content, contact and lead forms, and legal pages such as this one.
It does not fully cover third-party platforms we link to or embed, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Calendly, Google Maps, email providers, or client websites showcased in our work. Those services follow their own accessibility practices. Where we embed or deep-link to them, some experiences may be outside our direct control.
Client project deliverables may have separate accessibility requirements defined in a proposal or statement of work. This statement describes our public marketing site, not every client build by default.
We orient our efforts toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical target. WCAG helps teams think about perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content.
Aiming for WCAG-oriented quality means we try to:
WCAG is a living set of guidelines. Browser support, third-party widgets, media, and motion effects can all affect real-world outcomes. We treat WCAG as a direction for continuous improvement, not as a guarantee of perfection on every page.
Current and ongoing efforts on weroi.net include:
Like many marketing sites built on modern front-end stacks, weroi.net may still have barriers. Examples of areas we are honest about include:
If a specific page blocks you, tell us which URL you were using and what you were trying to do. That detail helps us prioritize fixes.
We design and test primarily against current versions of major browsers on common desktop and mobile devices. Assistive technology support varies by platform, browser, and user settings.
We welcome reports that include your browser, device, and assistive technology when you are comfortable sharing them. You do not need a technical report to contact us. A short description of the barrier is enough to start.
Accessibility for client websites is scoped per engagement. Some projects explicitly include WCAG-oriented remediation, audits, or rebuilds. Others focus on launch speed, branding, or conversion paths first. We discuss trade-offs openly in proposals so expectations match the budget and timeline.
If you need accessibility work as part of a website rebuild or ongoing retainership, mention it when you contact us so we can plan testing and remediation into the delivery.
If you experience an accessibility barrier on weroi.net, need content in an alternative format, or want help completing a form or booking a call, contact us. We will try to respond promptly and provide a reasonable alternative path to the information or service you need.
When you write, include the page URL, a short description of the problem, and (optional) your preferred way for us to reply.
We review this statement when we make material site changes or receive substantive accessibility feedback. Improvements may include markup fixes, contrast adjustments, better focus states, clearer form labels, reduced motion options, or replacement of problematic third-party components when practical.
