Case study
PNTCOG church website
Live ministry site with visitor paths, events structure, and Jamaica-facing presence.
The challenge
Portmore New Testament Church of God needed a ministry site that volunteers and the media team could keep current without fighting a heavy theme. Visitors looking for services, events, and contact paths had to find clear answers on mobile first, with Jamaica-facing language and no invented church facts.
Our approach
We treated the site as a living ministry tool, not a brochure. Structure came first: visitor paths, events clarity, and pages the media team can maintain. We kept trust signals honest (no fake phone numbers or ticket claims) and built around how the church actually communicates with members and guests.
What we built
A live church website on Bluehost with a custom CMS path for content updates, clear navigation for worship and community info, and event-oriented pages that stay usable for volunteers. The public site is the source of truth for what the ministry publishes online.
Features
- Visitor-first information architecture for members and first-time guests
- Events and ministry structure that volunteers can maintain
- Mobile-readable layouts for Jamaica audiences on the go
- Custom CMS workflows instead of locking content behind a designer only
- SEO-ready page titles and headings without keyword stuffing

Outcome
The ministry site is live at portmorentcog.org and remains the public home for PNTCOG online presence. Ongoing remodel work stays local until staging visual QA is approved for Bluehost. We do not invent attendance, conversion, or engagement metrics for this partnership.
